Early private alpha. Claira is currently an early MVP for shared care visibility, medication logging, notes and history. Features may change, contain bugs, or be unavailable at times.
Record-keeping only. Claira is a shared care coordination and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication recommendations, emergency services, or clinical decision support.
Check before acting. Users are responsible for confirming medications, care instructions, notes, schedules, and any action taken outside Claira with qualified health professionals, prescriptions, medication labels, and current care plans.
No emergency use. Do not use Claira for emergencies, urgent medical concerns, or situations where someone may be at risk. Contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
Privacy and data. Claira may store account details, care profile information, medication records, notes, timestamps, and care activity so the service can function. Users should only enter information they are authorised to share with the care circle.
Availability and accuracy. Claira is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep information visible and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that user-entered information is complete or accurate.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Claira and its operators are not liable for loss, injury, claim, medical outcome, medication error, data inaccuracy, interruption, delay, or damages arising from use of the platform.
